Very friendly office staff as well as medical team. Nellie has done my cleaning and assisted with different procedures and has been very kind and gentle. Dr Kevin performed a more in depth procedure, extraction and implant. I had zero issues afterwards and minimal pain. I didn’t need the pain meds he prescribed. The office is very accommodating with payment plans and accepting whatever decisions I make. They were also very accommodating when it came to my schedule and having to reschedule a few times, Leslie helped me and was so helpful and kind as well. Highly recommend this office and their friendly staff.

I was treated as a paycheck rather than a patient - I would not put your trust in Dr. Kevin. They did not provide thorough information on my options and any potential insurance risks. They led me to opt for a more expensive, invasive procedure, which was ultimately deemed unnecessary and denied by my insurance. I could have gotten a simple filling, but instead, they told me I needed a ceramic coating to ensure a permanent solution for a cavity, which they never said was a Crown when going through my options. Then they tried to pressure me into same-day service for an additional $300. When I declined and opted to wait 2 weeks, Dr. Kevin said that he wouldn't be able to see me in two weeks, so I should get it done the same day. When I questioned this further, he accommodated my request — but the crown was done poorly and still hurts. Now I owe them more money for a procedure I didn't need. Would not recommend.

I 100% recommend this clinic; everyone is very friendly and does their job exceptionally well. They answer all your questions, and you can tell they love what they do. Leslie is an excellent person who makes you feel comfortable and clarifies any doubts you may have; without a doubt, I highly recommend her.

Empower fixed some fillings that were poorly done by a dentist taking over my previous providers office. Lesley at the front desk is great and very communicative about what to expect with treatment and costs. Excellent experience

Everyone is kind and respectful. They always help me make the right decisions for my dental needs. Dr. Kevin is great, and Leslie is quick and efficient with the paperwork at the front desk. I truly appreciate the excellent care and friendly service!
